Cancellation Policy: Full refund 30 days prior to arrival, 50% 15 days prior arrival, 0% thereafter. - Note: All cancellations are subject to a 5%, non-refundable, credit card transaction fee. Pet Policies: Dog-friendly Only - $35 Pet Fee - Limit barking and leaving the dog unattended for long periods, be courteous of the other guests! Smoking Rules: No smoking or Vaping inside - Do not dismantle smoke detectors Events: No large gatherings, parties or events Quiet Hours: Quiet hours in the building start at 10pm - be courteous of the other guests! Access
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will receive an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the doors and Wifi. Super easy! Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests. Comes with two on-site parking space. We are always reachable at [email protected]

Steps from Newport Harbor marinas, sailing action, and waterfront paths; short walk to Thames Street's buzzing restaurants, bars, live music, shops, and Bowen's Wharf. Safe, relaxed neighborhood with coastal charm—festivals, yachting vibes, historic feels all around. Beaches and mansions are a quick drive, but the walkable harbor-town energy is addictive—no car needed for daily adventures!

May-13 2026This apartment is the perfect getaway for either a long weekend or a week long stay. The apartment itself was nicely decorated with plenty of room. The kitchen was large and cooking would be no problem. The location really can’t be beat! You are downtown on a VERY quiet street. You can park your car (Yes! It has a driveway!) and walk to all the local attractions and restaurants. The owners were very responsive to questions! We will be back in August in the upstairs unit and can’t wait.
