Cancellation Policy: Full refund 30 days prior to arrival, 50% 15 days prior arrival, 0% thereafter. - Note: All cancellations are subject to a 5%, non-refundable, credit card transaction fee. Access
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will receive an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the doors and Wifi. Super easy! Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests. Each unit comes with one on-site parking space. We are always reachable at www.windwardsuites.com

Safe, relaxed neighborhood with coastal charm—festivals, yachting vibes, historic feels all around. Beaches and mansions are a quick drive, but the walkable harbor-town energy is addictive—no car needed for daily adventures!

We liked that the kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of towels in the bathroom. We had a wonderful time and would definitely enjoy staying here again!

Other than that we had a wonderful time and would definitely enjoy staying here again!
